Cleaning company websites from $117 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $117 a month plus a $647 one-time build fee, with weekly updates, researched articles and managed hosting.

What a plan is actually replacing

Five problems every plan is built to fix

  • Quote requests sit in an inbox nobody checks after five.
  • One page tries to cover every town your crews drive to.
  • The site loads slowly on the phone standing in a driveway.
  • Pricing has not been touched since the site launched.
  • There is no separate path for recurring versus one-time jobs.

Speed, built in from day one

  • 90+ PageSpeed on mobile and desktop, guaranteed.
  • Every page custom coded, no page-builder plugin weight.
  • Served from a global edge network with SSL and DDoS protection.

Ranking, built in from day one

  • A page for every service crossed with every town you serve.
  • 2 researched articles a week, cited and linked into your pages.
  • Schema markup matched to each page type.

Nothing itemised

Included in every plan

  • The custom-coded site

Service and area pages, quote form, and every page your business needs.

  • The job status widget

A dispatch-style board showing jobs move from request to invoiced.

  • A free domain

Registered in your name, or we point your existing one.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection.

  • CRM routing

Every enquiry sent into your CRM or scheduling software.

  • Local and area-specific guides

Content that reinforces the towns and neighborhoods you serve.

  • Seasonal and operational topics

Timely posts tied to seasonal demand, published on schedule.

How revisions work

  • 5 revisions a month, no limit on how much goes into one.
  • Every revision completed within 2 to 5 working days.
  • Extra revisions past five are a flat $20, no hourly billing.

What gets updated weekly

  • Price changes across services and frequencies

Common questions before buying

Objections, answered directly

  • Why is the build fee charged after launch, not up front?

So you are approving a finished site before paying for it, not paying on a promise. It is invoiced once the build is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied.

  • What if I need more than five revisions some months?

Buy more. Extra revisions are a flat $20 each with no hourly billing and no cap, so a busier month never means waiting for the next billing cycle.

  • What happens to my current domain and phone number?

Nothing changes unless you ask us to. Your existing domain, email and phone number carry over exactly as they are.

  • Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No fixed term. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled with the notice set out in the billing FAQ below.

Twelve more questions

Pricing FAQ

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A fully managed website built for a cleaning or home service company: custom-coded pages, a page for each service and each town you serve, a quote form routed into your CRM, managed hosting, a free domain, and weekly revisions. There is nothing itemised on top, other than the $647 one-time build fee invoiced after launch and, on Dispatch Pro and Fleet Command, the AI and content add-ons.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Crew Starter, 10 on Dispatch Pro while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Fleet Command with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

What is the actual difference between the three plans?

Crew Starter is the site itself: fast pages, service and area pages, the quote form, hosting and weekly updates. Dispatch Pro adds the AI Engine, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS follow-up trained on your business. Fleet Command adds the Content Engine on top of that: three articles a week instead of two, social posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile. Every plan includes the same core site and hosting.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new area page, a new service, updated prices, a different photo, a season change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build three new area pages, here is the copy and photos for all of them" is one revision, not three. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you.

Do unused revisions roll over to the next month?

No. The monthly allowance resets each cycle and does not carry over, so a quiet month does not bank extra revisions for a busier one. If you know a bigger update is coming, such as adding a new service line or a batch of new area pages, tell us and we can plan the request across the right billing cycle.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $117, $247 plus AI usage, or $597 a month. The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.

What happens if a payment is missed or declined?

We email and try the charge again before anything changes on your site. If a payment continues to fail past that, work on revisions pauses until it clears, though your site stays live. Persistent non-payment is handled the same as a cancellation without notice, ending the plan at the close of the last paid month.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for customers who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can I keep the domain I already use for my company?

Yes. Tell us the domain during onboarding and we point it at the new site instead of registering a new one. Existing email addresses, business cards and vehicle wraps carrying that domain keep working with no changes needed on your end.
