What is actually costing you jobs

Five problems we see on almost every cleaning company site

Most of these are not visible from the owner's chair. They show up as a call that never came in, or a lead that went to the next company on the list.

  • The quote form goes to an inbox nobody checks after five

A job that could have been booked tonight gets booked by whichever competitor answered first tomorrow.

  • One page tries to cover every town your crews drive to

Search engines have nothing specific to rank, so a customer two towns over never finds you at all.

  • The site loads slowly on the phone standing in a driveway

A customer comparing three companies on their phone closes the tab before your pricing even loads.

  • Pricing has not been touched since the site launched

A dispatcher spends the call re-quoting a price the website already got wrong.

  • There is no separate page for recurring versus one-time jobs

A homeowner looking for a weekly plan cannot tell if that is even something you offer.

The fix, not just the diagnosis

Here is exactly what replaces each problem

  • The quote form goes to an inbox nobody checks after five.
Every form routes by API, Zapier or Make straight into the CRM or scheduling software your dispatcher already has open.
  • One page tries to cover every town your crews drive to.
A dedicated page for every service crossed with every town you serve, each written for that specific pairing.
  • The site loads slowly on the phone standing in a driveway.
Custom-coded pages, no page-builder weight, 90 or higher PageSpeed guaranteed on mobile and desktop.
  • Pricing has not been touched since the site launched.
Weekly revisions handled as tickets in your client portal, turned around within a few working days.

The signature of every plan

A dispatch board that shows a job move from request to invoiced

This is what a job status widget on your homepage looks like: real stages, in your own vocabulary, moving the way your crews actually work.

What actually changes

Before and after, in plain terms

  • Quote requests
Before:A phone number and a contact form nobody routes anywhere in particular. After:A quote form that lands in your CRM or scheduling software the moment it is submitted.
  • Service area
Before:One "areas we serve" sentence at the bottom of the homepage. After:A real page for every town your crews drive to, each written for that specific area.
  • Page speed
Before:A page-builder site that got slower with every plugin added over the years.After:Custom-coded pages with 90 or higher PageSpeed guaranteed, on mobile and desktop.
  • Pricing updates
Before:A price change means waiting on whoever built the site three years ago. After:A revision raised in your client portal, completed within a few working days.
  • Recurring jobs
Before:Weekly, biweekly and one-time cleaning all crammed onto one page.After:Frequency-based pages that let a homeowner compare and book the plan that fits.
  • Search visibility
Before:A site that has not published anything new since it launched. After:Researched articles published every week, cited and linked into your service pages.

Everything in one plan

What is actually included, with nothing itemised on top

  • A custom-coded website

A page for every service and every town, built and managed for you.

  • A live job status widget

The dispatch-style board shown above, configured for your services.

  • A free domain

Registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point yours.

  • Managed hosting

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, nothing itemised.

  • CRM routing

Every enquiry sent into your CRM or scheduling software by API, Zapier or Make.

  • Fully managed, always

Weekly updates, revisions and hosting handled by us so nobody at your company logs in to fix anything.

Speed and search, from the same build

A fast site is also the site that ranks

Page speed and search visibility are not separate projects. Both come from the same custom-coded pages, the same page architecture, and the same weekly publishing schedule.

  • 90+ PageSpeed on mobile and desktop, guaranteed, not just at launch.
  • A real page for every service crossed with every town, giving search engines something specific to rank.
  • 2 researched articles a week, cited and linked into your service pages.
  • Schema markup matched to each page type, from service pages to FAQs.

PageSpeed guarantee

90+

Measured on mobile and desktop, every time a page changes.

From invoice to live site

How the build actually runs

  1. 1

You pay the first monthly invoice

That starts the plan. The one-time build fee is not charged yet.

  2. 2

You fill in the onboarding form

Services, service area, crews and where enquiries should land, in about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

One onboarding call, then we build

We fill any gaps, agree the launch date, and start building your pages.

  4. 4

Live in 7 to 15 days

The build fee is invoiced only once you have approved the finished site.

What clients tell us

Outcomes clients report after moving to a managed site

  • The quote form drops straight into the software our dispatchers already use, so a lead does not sit in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it. That alone changed how fast we could get back to people.

Owner, residential and office cleaning company

    Moved from a page-builder site

  • We finally have a page for every service and every town we cover, instead of one page trying to say everything at once. Crews can send a customer a direct link instead of explaining the whole business over the phone.

    Operations manager, multi-crew cleaning company

    Previously had a single-page site

  • Turnover jobs move fast and the old site could not keep up with pricing changes between seasons. Now a revision request is turned around in days, not whenever a developer had time.

    Founder, short-term rental turnover service

    Migrated from a freelancer-built site

  • Our old site loaded slowly on the phones our crew leads use in the field, which is also how most of our customers found us. Pages open instantly now, on the same connection.

    General manager, janitorial contracting company

    Rebuilt after years without updates

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.

Quick answers on the offer

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A fully managed website built for a cleaning or home service company: custom-coded pages, a page for each service and each town you serve, a quote form routed into your CRM, managed hosting, a free domain, and weekly revisions. There is nothing itemised on top, other than the $647 one-time build fee invoiced after launch and, on Dispatch Pro and Fleet Command, the AI and content add-ons.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Crew Starter, 10 on Dispatch Pro while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Fleet Command with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

What is the actual difference between the three plans?

Crew Starter is the site itself: fast pages, service and area pages, the quote form, hosting and weekly updates. Dispatch Pro adds the AI Engine, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS follow-up trained on your business. Fleet Command adds the Content Engine on top of that: three articles a week instead of two, social posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile. Every plan includes the same core site and hosting.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the towns you serve, your crews, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

What should I have ready before the onboarding call?

A list of the services you offer, the towns or zip codes your crews actually cover, your current pricing structure by frequency if you run recurring jobs, and any logo or brand colors you already use. If you do not have all of it yet, come to the call anyway. We work with what exists and fill gaps as revisions once the rest is ready.
